How to Change Your Plan

Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, or switch to a different eGrow plan — it only takes a few clicks.

Steps to Change Your Plan:

1. Log in to your eGrow account

2. Click on your profile picture or name (top right)

3. Go to “Billing” 

4. Find and click on “Plan” 

5. Select the plan you want to switch to

6. Review the details and confirm the change
   

That’s it — your new plan will take effect immediately.

Important Notes:

• Upgrades are applied instantly, and the price is adjusted accordingly

• You’ll receive a confirmation email and Whatsapp message with the updated plan details
