Importing Leads Manually to eGrow

Have leads from a different source? A Google Sheet? Offline event?
With eGrow, you can easily import your leads manually and start managing or messaging them right away.

When Do You Need This?

  • You collected leads through an Excel form

  • You moved from another CRM or tool

  • You received lead lists from partners, promoters, or affiliates

How to Import Leads

  1. Go to contact → Click on 3 dots

  2. Upload the file and click Import

eGrow will automatically:

  • Detect duplicates

  • Add labels/tags

  • Assign them to the right category (Hot, Cold, WhatsApp, etc.)

Pro Tip

You can label leads by campaign or source when importing.

Example: “TikTok Ads – Jan”, “Offline Event – Casa”

This helps with segmentation and retargeting later.

Once imported, you can follow up via WhatsApp, assign them to agents, or send them to your confirmation team — just like any other lead.
