In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to connect your Livo account with eGrow quickly and easily.
Step 1: Add the Livo Integration

Go to the Integrations section in your eGrow dashboard.

Find Livo in the list and click View Integration.

Click Add New Account.
Step 2: Get Your API Credentials from Livo

Go to the Livo website and log in to your account.

Click on Profile button located in the top right, then click on Settings.

Copy your API Key.

Paste this key into the corresponding field in the Livo integration form in eGrow.
Note: Livo only requires the API Key for authentication.
Step 3: Configure the Integration in eGrow
After adding your API key, complete the remaining fields as follows:

Note: Add any default note you want to appear on all shipments.

Pipeline Stage: Select the stage where new orders will be placed before sending them to Livo (e.g., Confirmed).
Step 4: Set Up Order Sending Method
You can send orders to Livo manually or automatically from eGrow.
Manual Sending
Add Livo to your eGrow Shipping Companies list:

Choose from eGrow: Select an existing company in your eGrow account, or

Add New Company: Add a new company named “Livo” and set a Default Price.
Automatic Sending
Configure the automation settings to define:
Success Pipeline Stage: The stage for orders successfully delivered.
Error Pipeline Stage: The stage for orders that failed delivery.
Enable Automatically Add Orders to Livo if you want all new orders to be sent directly to Livo without manual intervention.
Step 5: Save the Integration

Click Submit to save your settings.

Your new Livo integration will now appear in your eGrow account and is ready to use.

Once integrated, all orders will sync seamlessly between eGrow and Livo, allowing you to manage shipping, tracking, and order statuses in one place.
