Nearya Integration

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to connect your Nearya Express account with eGrow to streamline your shipping and order fulfillment.

🧩 Step 1: Add the Nearya Integration

1. Go to the Integrations section in your eGrow Dashboard.

   

2. Find Nearya in the integrations list and click View Integration.

   

3. Click Add New Account.

   

🔑 Step 2: Get Your API Credentials from Nearya

1. Go to nearya.express and log in to your account.

2. Click on your Profile button.

   

3. Select Settings.

   

4. Click on API Key Settings.

   

5. Copy your:

   • 1/ API Id

   • 2/ API Key

   • 3/ Company Id

Then, paste each of them into the corresponding fields in eGrow when adding your Nearya account.

⚙️ Step 3: Configure the Integration in eGrow

Once your credentials are added, configure how eGrow interacts with your Nearya shipping setup:

1. Add Products From Stock:

   • Enable this option if your orders should use products from Nearya stock.

   • Disable it if you manage stock separately in eGrow.

2. Note:

   • Add a custom note to appear on your packages, or use the default order note.

3. Pipeline Stage:

   • Select the pipeline stage where new orders will appear before being sent to Nearya (for the shipping popup).

📦 Step 4: Set Up Order Sending Method

You can send orders to Nearya either manually or automatically:

Manual Sending

• Add Nearya to your eGrow shipping companies list:

  • Choose from existing companies, or

  • Add a new company named “Nearya” and enter the default delivery price.

Automatic Sending

• Configure the automation behavior:

  • Success Pipeline Stage: Stage for orders successfully delivered.

  • Error Pipeline Stage: Stage for orders that failed delivery.

💾 Step 5: Save the Integration

Click Submit to save.

Your Nearya integration will now appear in your eGrow account — ready to use for efficient shipping and order tracking.
