Sendit Integration

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to connect your Sendit account with eGrow quickly and easily.

Step 1: Add the Sendit Integration

1. Go to the Integrations section in your eGrow dashboard.

2. Find Sendit in the list and click View Integration.

   

3. Click Add New Account.

   

Step 2: Get Your API Credentials from Sendit

1. Go to the Sendit website and log in to your account.

2. Select API Integration Settings.

   

3. Copy your Public Key, and Private Key.

4. Paste these credentials into their corresponding fields in the Sendit integration form in eGrow.

   

Step 3: Configure the Integration in eGrow

After adding your credentials, complete the remaining fields as follows:

• Products Exchange: Choose whether product exchange is allowed or not.
  (Select “Do not allow exchange” if not applicable.)

• Allow Opening Products: Allow or disallow customers to open packages before accepting delivery.

• Allow Trying Products: Choose whether customers can try products before confirming delivery.

• Pickup City: Select the default pickup city for your shipments.

• Comment: Add any note you want to appear by default on all shipments, or enable
  “Set orders’ note as default comment” to automatically include the order note.

• Pipeline Stage: Choose the pipeline stage where new orders will be placed before sending them to Sendit (for the shipping popup).

Step 4: Set Up Order Sending Method

You can send orders to Sendit manually or automatically from eGrow.

Manual Sending

Add Sendit to your eGrow Shipping Companies list:

• Choose from the existing companies in eGrow, or

• Add a new company named “Sendit” and set a Default Price.

Automatic Sending

Configure the automation settings to define:

• Success Pipeline Stage: The stage for orders successfully delivered.

• Error Pipeline Stage: The stage for orders that failed delivery.

Enable Automatically Add Orders to Sendit if you want all new orders to be sent directly to Sendit without manual intervention.

Step 5: Save the Integration

Click Submit to save your settings.

Your new Sendit integration will now appear in your eGrow account and is ready to use.
