How to Change Your Profile Picture in Your WhatsApp Business API Account

Your WhatsApp Business API profile picture is one of the first things customers see when they open a conversation with your business. Keeping it updated with a clean, recognizable logo helps build trust and strengthens your brand identity.

Here’s how to change your WABA profile picture directly from Meta Business Manager.

⭐ Step 1: Open Your WhatsApp Manager

1. Go to business.facebook.com and log in.

2. From the left sidebar, open:
   Settings → Business Settings

3. Under Accounts, click WhatsApp Accounts.

4. Choose the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) you want to edit.

5. Click Open in WhatsApp Manager.

⭐ Step 2: Go to Your Business Profile

Inside WhatsApp Manager, navigate to:

Phone Numbers → Profile

This is where you can edit all your WhatsApp business details, including:

• Business name

• Description

• Website

• Contact email

• Address

• Profile Picture
