How to Dissociate Your WhatsApp Number Linked to eGrow from Meta Business Manager

If you previously integrated your WhatsApp number with eGrow and want to remove it from Meta Business Manager, follow these simple steps:

Steps

1. Log in to your Meta Business Manager account.

2. Select the Business Manager where the number is connected and click Settings.

3. In the left menu, navigate to WhatsApp Accounts.

4. Select the WhatsApp account currently linked with eGrow.

5. Click the WhatsApp Manager button.

6. A new tab will open showing your WhatsApp number details.

7. On the right side of the number, click the Delete button.

8. Confirm by clicking Next in the pop-up.

Done! 🎉

Your WhatsApp number is now successfully dissociated from Meta Business Manager and no longer connected to eGrow.
