How to Cancel Your eGrow Subscription

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your eGrow account.

2. Click on your profile picture or name located at the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Navigate to the “Plans” section.

   

4. Locate where it shows your current plan—often labeled “Plan” or similar.

5. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button.

   

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.

7. You can also add the reason why you want to cancel your subscription if prompted.

8. Then click “Yes, I’m sure” to confirm the cancellation.

Once confirmed, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle, but you'll still have access until that period ends.
