How to Manage Stages in Your Pipeline

Managing stages in your pipeline allows you to customize and organize your order workflow according to your business process. This guide will walk you through creating, matching, renaming, and deleting stages inside Orders (Pipeline view).

Creating a New Stage

  1. Go to the Orders page: https://app.egrow.com/deals.

  2. Switch to Pipeline form view.

  3. Scroll horizontally to the last stage of your pipeline.

  4. Click the big green “+” button.

  5. Enter your new stage name and press Enter on your keyboard.

Matching with Default Stages

To ensure smooth reporting and automations, it’s important to match your custom stages with eGrow’s default stages.

  1. Refresh the page after creating your stage.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Pipeline Matching.

  4. On the left side, you’ll see your stages; on the right, you’ll see our default stages.

  5. Match your stages to the default ones logically.

  6. Click Save.

Renaming a Stage

  1. In the pipeline, click directly on the stage name.

  2. The text will become editable.

  3. Make your changes, then press Enter to save.

Deleting a Stage (⚠️ Warning)

⚠️ Important: Deleting a stage will also remove all orders assigned to that stage. Proceed with caution.

To delete:

  1. Click the three dots next to the stage name.

  2. Select Delete Stage.
