Can’t Log In? Here’s What to Do

If you're having trouble logging into your eGrow account, don’t worry — here are the most common issues and how to fix them.


1. Double-Check Your Email and Password

Start by making sure you’re using the correct email address and typing your password correctly.

  • Check for extra spaces or typos.

  • Passwords are case-sensitive, so watch out for capital letters.


2. Try Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password or think it might be incorrect:

  • Go to the login page.


  • Click on “Forgot?”

  • Enter your email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
    Make sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the reset link.


3. Check If Your Account Is Verified

If this is your first time logging in, make sure you’ve clicked the verification link we sent to your email during sign-up.
Without email verification, your account won't be fully active.


4. Clear Cache or Try a Different Browser

Sometimes login issues are caused by a browser glitch.

  • Try clearing your browser’s cache

  • Or switch to a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and try logging in again.


5. Contact Support If You’re Still Stuck
