Once you sign up, the first step is to connect your store — this allows eGrow to start receiving your orders automatically.
Step 1: Connect Your Store
Go to your dashboard → Integrations → Your store platform
Choose your platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and follow the quick instructions.
Step 2: Add Your Team (if you have one)
Click on your profile logo or name (Upper right corner)
Click on Users => New User
Invite your confirmation agents, marketers, or managers
Set roles and permissions
Step 3: Set Order Confirmation Rules
This is where the magic happens.
Choose how orders get assigned to your team
Set up statuses/pipelines like “Confirmed,” “Invalid,” or “Pending”
Turn on auto-distribution if you want things done faster
Optional: Connect WhatsApp for Confirmations.
