Default Roles in eGrow
Admin
Full access to everything
Can manage settings, billing, and users
Can see team performance and lead data
Can assign orders and view analytics
No access to billing or system settings
Agent
Can only see and manage the orders or leads assigned to them
Cannot access analytics, settings, or other users’ data
Custom Permissions (Optional)
If needed, you can create custom roles or adjust access:
Limit access to WhatsApp Inbox
Block editing or exporting leads
Allow or restrict bulk messaging
Go to Team → Permissions to customize access per role.
