To ensure smooth communication with your customers, it’s important to know your messaging limit in WhatsApp Business API (WABA). eGrow allows you to integrate your WhatsApp account and manage messaging efficiently—but Meta (WhatsApp) enforces limits to prevent spam. Here’s how you can check your limit.
What is a Messaging Limit?
Messaging limits define how many unique customers you can contact within a 24-hour period. These limits depend on your WABA tier and business quality rating:
-
Tier 1 – 1,000 unique customers/day
-
Tier 2 – 10,000 unique customers/day
-
Tier 3 – 100,000 unique customers/day
-
Tier 4 – Over 100,000 unique customers/day
Exceeding the limit can temporarily block you from sending messages, so it’s important to monitor your usage.
