You can allow the AI Agent to recognize and use specific products by enabling AI access directly from the product settings. This helps the AI provide accurate answers, recommendations, and order details.
Steps to Enable AI Access for a Product

Log in to your eGrow account.

Navigate to Products → Products.

Select the product you want to enable AI access for.

Click on the product to open the Edit Product page.

From the right-side settings menu, click AI Settings.

Add relevant keywords and an optional product description to help the AI understand the product.

Click Enable AI for this product.

Click Save Changes.
✅ The AI Agent now has access to this product.

You can repeat these steps for each product you want the AI Agent to access.

Only products with AI enabled will be used by the AI Agent in conversations and automations.
