With the new eGrow V2 Shipping Integration feature, you can easily connect newly supported shipping companies directly from your order details screen — no complex setup required. Once connected, you can send orders instantly to your shipping partner with just a few clicks.
Follow the steps below to set up your integration and send your first order.
Step 1: Access the New V2 Shipping Integration Window

Log in to your eGrow account.

Navigate to the Orders section.

Open any order by clicking on it.

Inside the order details, scroll to the Shipping Info section.

Click the V2 button.
A pop-up window will appear showing all newly added shipping company integrations available in eGrow.
Step 2: Select Your Shipping Company

From the pop-up window, browse the list of available companies.

Select your shipping company.

Click Next.
Step 3: Add a New Connection

Click Add to create a new connection.

In the field Select API Key, choose your authentication type (API Key).

Enter the following required information:

Connection Name
-
API Key (provided by your shipping company inside your account profile)

Click Authenticate to validate your credentials.

Once authenticated successfully, click Next.
Step 4: Review and Send Your Order
After authentication, you will see a form containing the information of the order you initially opened.

Review the order details.

Edit any fields if needed.

Click Send.
Your order will now be sent successfully to the connected shipping company.
You're All Set!
Your shipping company is now integrated with eGrow using the new V2 flow, and your order has been transmitted instantly.
You can repeat the same steps to add additional shipping company accounts or send more orders.
