eGrow lets you assign different roles to your team members, so each person only sees and does what they need to — nothing more, nothing less.

Whether you’re working with agents, managers, or freelancers, roles help you stay in control and protect your business data.

Default Roles in eGrow

  1. Admin

    • Full access to everything

    • Can manage settings, billing, and users

    • Can see team performance and lead data

    • Can assign orders and view analytics

    • No access to billing or system settings

  2. Agent

    • Can only see and manage the orders or leads assigned to them

    • Cannot access analytics, settings, or other users’ data

Custom Permissions (Optional)

If needed, you can create custom roles or adjust access:

  • Limit access to WhatsApp Inbox

  • Block editing or exporting leads

  • Allow or restrict bulk messaging

Go to Team → Permissions to customize access per role.

Why This Matters

  • Keeps sensitive info safe

  • Reduces mistakes from users who shouldn’t access certain features

  • Lets you scale your team without losing control
