If you’re seeing the error #131031 when trying to activate the whatsapp number that you linked with eGrow via integrations, it means your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is locked by Meta. When this happens, message sending and number connection are temporarily blocked.
Why This Happens
Meta usually locks a WABA when:

Your business information is incomplete

No website is added, or the website is invalid

Business verification is pending or rejected

There’s suspicious or non-compliant activity
How to Fix It
1. Update Your Business Information
Go to Meta Business Manager → Business Info and make sure the following are filled and correct:

Legal business name

Address

Phone number
-
Website (very important)
-
Business category
A missing or invalid website is one of the main reasons this error appears.
2. Check for Policy Issues
Open Account Quality and review any warnings or rejected items. Fix anything that violates Meta’s policies.
3. Verify Your Business (if not verified)
In Security Center, start the verification process and upload official business documents.
4. Contact Meta Support
If everything is updated and the account is still locked, open a support ticket and request an unlock. Mention the error code #131031.
