Speedex.ma Integration

We’re excited to announce our new Speedex.ma integration. This allows you to automatically send orders from eGrow to Speedex and keep statuses synchronized in real-time.

Follow this guide to set up your integration:

1. Go to Integrations

  • Navigate to Integrations.

  • Find Speedex and click View Integration or go directly here.

2. Add a New Account

Click Add new account.


3. Fill the Account Form

When adding your Speedex account, you’ll see the following fields:

  • Authentication Token

    • Go to your Speedex admin panel → API → documentation de l’API.

    • Click Afficher la clé API to view your key.

    • Copy it (1) or generate a new one (2).

    • Direct link

  • Stock

    • Standard: You manage inventory in your own warehouse.

    • Stock: Products stored in Speedex’s warehouse.

  • Open Products

    • Allow or disallow customers to open parcels before delivery.

  • Note

    • A static note that will appear on all orders.

  • Pipeline Stage

    • Choose when your team should send the order to Speedex (e.g., Confirmed or Processed).

  • Add New Company & Delivery Cost

    • Set default delivery costs if needed.

  • Automatically Add Orders to Speedex

    • If enabled, orders will be automatically sent to Speedex when they reach the selected stage.

    • Configure:

      • Success Pipeline Stage (e.g., Processed)

      • Error Pipeline Stage (e.g., Error Parcels)

Click Submit. ✅

4. Setup Webhook

To synchronize statuses automatically:

  1. On the Speedex integration page in eGrow, click Webhook.

  2. Copy the provided URL.

  3. In Speedex admin panel, go to API → WebHook or click here.

  4. Paste the copied URL in Webhook URL.

  5. Set Status to Active → Save.

5. Automate Order Status Updates

Now we’ll automate status syncing using eGrow Automations.

  1. Go to Automation → Click New Automation.

  2. Choose Speedex → Order status changed.

  3. Add a condition → Example:

    • shipping company status is PICKED_UP

  4. Add an action → Update order stage → Select Shipped.

  5. (Optional) Check Allow this action to create another automation.

6. Add More Statuses

You can add multiple conditions and actions for different statuses:

  • Example 1:

    • If PICKED_UP → Move to Shipped.

  • Example 2:

    • If DELIVERED → Move to Delivered.

7. Final Result

Here’s how a complete setup looks:

Your integration with Speedex is now complete. Orders will:

  • Be automatically sent from eGrow to Speedex.

  • Sync status updates in real-time (Picked up, Shipped, Delivered, etc).

This saves time and ensures your logistics stay fully automated.
