Facebook Comments Integration

With the Facebook Comments integration, you can automatically reply to comments on your Facebook Page directly through eGrow. This helps you save time, respond instantly to customers, and keep your engagement consistent — all without manual work.

Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Page to eGrow

1. Log in to your eGrow account.

2. Go to Integrations from the left menu.

3. Select Facebook Comments and click View Integration.

   

4. Click Add New Account.

   

5. Log in with your Facebook credentials.

   

6. Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect to eGrow.

   

Once done, your page will be linked and ready to use inside eGrow.

Step 2: Create the Automation for Comment Auto-Replies

Now that your page is connected, you can create an automation that triggers whenever someone comments on your posts.

1. Go to Automations in your eGrow dashboard.

2. Click New Automation.

   

3. For the Trigger, select:
   Facebook → facebook_post_comment_created

   

4. Add an Instant Condition if you want to reply only to comments containing specific keywords (optional).

   • Example: keyword = “price”

     

5. Add an Action:
   Facebook → Reply to Comment

   

6. Type your reply message in the text field.

   

   • Example: "Thank you! Please check your inbox for more details."

7. Save your automation.

Your auto-reply workflow is now active.

Once everything is configured, eGrow will automatically respond to new comments on your selected Facebook Page based on your automation rules — helping you engage faster and manage your audience effortlessly.
