Steps to Set It Up
Step 1: Create a New Automation

Log in to your eGrow account.

Go to Automations.

Click New Automation.
Step 2: Choose the Trigger

In the Trigger section, select:

New Message Received

This means the automation will start every time a customer sends a WhatsApp message.
Step 3: Add a Condition (Keyword-Based)

Click Instant Condition.

Choose:

Message → Body contains keyword →

Enter the keyword you want to detect.
Example:-
Aspirateur

✅ The automation will only run if the customer’s message contains this keyword.
