How to Integrate Prestashop with eGrow

Integrating your Prestashop store with eGrow allows you to sync orders seamlessly, automate workflows, and centralize your operations. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up the integration and start syncing your orders instantly.

Step 1: Access Prestashop Integration in eGrow

1. Log in to your eGrow account.

2. From the sidebar, go to:
   Integrations → Prestashop

3. Click View Integration to open the integration setup page.

   

Step 2: Install the Prestashop Integration Module

Follow these steps to install and activate the Prestashop module:

1. Download the Prestashop integration module by clicking the Download button on the integration page.

   

2. Log in to your Prestashop Admin Panel.

3. Navigate to:
   Modules → Module Manager

4. Click Upload a module and select the ZIP file you downloaded from eGrow.

5. Install the module and configure it if required.

6. Return to your eGrow Prestashop integration page.

7. Refresh the page — your store should now appear and be ready for syncing.

Step 3: Create an Automation to Sync New Orders from Prestashop to eGrow

To ensure every new Prestashop order is automatically pushed into eGrow, follow the steps below:

1. Create a New Automation

• Go to Automations in your eGrow dashboard.

• Click New Automation.

  

2. Set the Trigger

Choose:

• Trigger: prestashop_order_created

This tells eGrow to run the automation whenever a new order is created in your Prestashop store.

3. Add a Condition (Optional but Recommended)

To sync only valid orders, add a condition:

• Condition: Order → current_state

• Operator: equals

• Value: Your Prestashop “new order state ID”

  • This could be:

    • Paid orders state ID, or

    • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders state ID

This ensures eGrow only syncs the type of orders you want (ex: only paid orders).

4. Add the Action

Now define how eGrow will create the order:

• Click + Action

• Choose: Order → Create an order

  

You will now map each field from your Prestashop order:

Make sure each field matches correctly so eGrow can recreate the order accurately.

Click Next when done.

Step 5: Save and Test Your Automation

1. Give your automation a clear name such as:
   Prestashop – Sync New Orders

2. Set the automation Status = Active.

3. Click Save.

Run a Test

Place a new test order from your Prestashop store to confirm:

✔ Order is created
✔ Automation runs
✔ Order appears correctly in eGrow

If everything looks good, your Prestashop–eGrow sync is successfully activated!
