Login error: Invalid Credentials, Try Again

If you're seeing the "Invalid credentials, try again" error when trying to log in on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.), here's what it means and how to resolve it.

❗ What Causes This Error?

This error usually happens for one of two reasons:

  1. Incorrect Password (on any device)
    You might be entering the wrong password for your account. Double-check your credentials.

  2. No Password Set (Signed up via Google or another OAuth provider)
    If you signed up using Google login or other OAuth methods, your account may not have a password set at all.

    • On Android, login works because Google login is supported.

    • On iOS, OAuth login is not available, so a password is required.

✅ How to Fix It

To solve the issue, whether your password is incorrect or missing:

  1. Visit this link (logout from your account first):

  2. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to set or reset your password.

  3. Once done, go back to your iOS device and log in using your email + new password.

💡 Pro Tip

  • Always use the same email you used during signup, even if it was with Google.

  • Once a password is set, you can log in from any device (including iOS).
